Trapped

Darkness falling over me
I'm trapped for all eternity
I've sunk into the depths of hell
and I've promised to never tell
of the things said and done
of the fights I've never won
For if you could see
you'd think of how this couldn't be
you would try to not believe
you'd say I tried to deceive
but I tell you out of sorrow
your soul I need to borrow
for I cannot live like this anymore
I try to mop the blood off the floor
I know I shouldn't make myself bleed
and away my heart tries to lead
but I can go nowhere for I am trapped
In this life I've tried to adapt
it hasn't work but I try to succeed
till my heart and soul have been freed
