Til' It Ends

by Katy Nicholson   Sep 25, 2008

Push my fingers in my eyes.
Skin thy flesh to open wounds.
Release this hurt and pain within.
Unfold me from my cacoon.

Your voice hit me hard.
Like a stab to the jaw.
A very sacred melody.
It drained my heart raw.

Restraining my thoughts.
Rethinking these dreams.
Poisoned blood running cold.
Pouring into your skeems.

Surrounding us with comfort.
To lift eachother off the ground.
We've always had it all.
And make sure we don't fall down,
Again.

Those excessive whispers.
That I've always heard before.
Flood and linger these ears.
Words I'll remember more.
Til' it ends..
