She gave him such power,
far stronger than a gun
He tried to protect her,
when problems had begun.

She gave him world,
far brighter than the sun
He listened to every word,
stopped her from the run

His heart was scratched
Left a deep yet sweet ulcer
The wound was kept untouched
Yes, he did love her

The man thought he'd found the answer
Of candles, prays, wishes, coins in fountain
For her pushing the boulder on his shoulder
Yes, she's become his vision.

He doesn't know why, what the reason is
The wall have made blood stream on his fist
If he could, he would fly
Find the answer, to the end of the sky

He's not mad, only sad
He's not depressed, just fluster
It's gonna hurt pretty bad
Before everything gets better

In spite of the fact that she left
He's still grateful
She's been the best
And made this year wonderful
