When my TV is on

Turn on the TV
Watch the news

Some has been shot
or badly bruise

Some win the lottery
so their life has change

Gas prices and taxes go up
which i find kinda strange

Some can sing and some can dance
some just want to be given a chance

Politics and media is always on our minds
little children are dieing and some our even blind

Women giving birth
men working hard
little kids playing in the backyards

This list.....i can go on for ever and ever
but it is our job as the people to make it better

So these are some of the things i see when my TV is on
this is also everyday life
and as hard as it is we all have to remain strong
