I watched the light fade from your eyes.
I couldn't do anything to save you.
I sat there for hours telling myself you were going to make it.
Deep down i knew i was wrong.

Your eyes went dull.
I knew you were gone.
At that moment it felt like my heart had broken.
Something in me was lost forever.

Your were gone and i couldn't get you back.
I wanted you in my arms.
I haven't stopped crying.
My heart doesn't beat the same.
I feel empty without you.
I need you by my side.

Come home with me.
But that can not be.
Your gone forever, and i can't have you back.
