If you hide how you feel
you steal your own peace
I can't know inside your mind,
as you can not know mine
All I can do is try

I feel walked on, as hurrying away from occurs
they are all I have
all I need
and they run away so fast
Help is there if you reach for the hand
maybe I am not the right one
but I have always been here
Peace is a foot away all you have to do is grab it.
with both hands grab on and allow
yourself to laugh and be free
you can not heal alone.
hiding yourself away takes away more time from YOU
Play and be free.
make your own fun
laughing does heal.
