Smile for the Camera

She smiles
at everyone around
laughs
at all the right jokes
cries
at all the right times
but if she tries to cry out,
she chokes.

Beautiful girl,
surrounded by people,
popular and pretty,
no worry in the world.
"Everything", they say...
"she has everything"
(but love)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And every guy she ever trusted
only let her down
tried to make her smile,
when all she did was frown.
Its never getting better.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And maybe... just maybe
-she'll find her prince charming
-he'll save her from herself
-they love so endlessly
-live happily ever after
If only "maybes" worked.

[so i wrote a bunch of quotes and didn't want to post them up because people steal quotes a lot. and i realize they could easily do the same here... but still.] :P

    I couldnt tell the diff until you wrote that they were quotes at the end!!!
    Love theseee. :D xxx And yes I totally agree that people steal quotes! an author on this site once stole a quote WORD FOR WORD and when I asked about it she said she came up with it by herself? and that it was a "coincidence" haha :P
