Dream 5

Lots of smiles and hugs
Waiting to welcome her
For she had returned
After years spent abroad

Her heart was pounding
Hoping to meet some one
For whom she had returned
After years of silent wait

Her eyes ambled all corners
Ignoring all other faces
Knowing it was unfair to rest
Those who cared to visit

Her belongings were collected
And were geared up to leave
When her eyes did spot
The heroes of her dreams

She had planned a lot
This moment she faced
But she stood like a kid
Who, forgot its subject

He was standing still
With wooly expressions
Which made her confused
To make a conclusion

Her eyes were filled
Her breath was loud
Her mind was inert
Her heart was exploding

At a snail's pace
She did walk to him
And stood right in front
Gazing at his eyes

Was it pity or a sorry?
Was it love or gratitude?
But his eyes filled too
The more she neared him

She wanted to touch him
Hug him! Kiss him!
Fall in his arms
Love him forever

But she too stood still
Unable to put in words
They smiled with tears
And just said a hello

They were laughing
And crying, confusing all
But for sure it was happy
To get hold of lost love

She went near his checks
And he did give a shiver
Sensing the deep love
Which was lost for years

He thought she kissed him
But she whispered in his ears
And ran back to her family
Laughing and waving

His smile reflected her say
It echoed in his ears
The two special words
She just said and left.

“LOVE YOU”

    wow Trinc..loved thed uniqueness of this..will be sure to read more of yours..might be two three weeks before I get to it with Craig coming and here but will do it for sure..!!!...he is coming July 2nd for 2 1/2 weeks and then we can start the visa process which should take about six months..so no, not staying just YET..but can't wait for that day and will be a dream to have him here and be in his arms..best of luck with your situation as well..we are getting married as soon as visa comes thru..are engaged...good luck,take care..Michelle :)
