Past Transition

by brie kelly wise   Oct 11, 2008

I'm so scared tomorrow will start without me
Let's show them we know all the ways out
But if we wait until morning
Will it be too late to learn how?
Am I so dead past transition?
Am I as dead as the hand in his palm?

In my world, the sun goes down when we reassure ourselves
When you appeared on my porch, it seemed everything was okay
I've turned so many backs against me
I've made so many thoughtless mistakes
And still, here I am
And everything will stay that way
