Conceived by Your beautiful mind
Created with tenderness and heart full of kind
You, You are the maker
You are the Author of Life
You cared for me in the wilderness

Taken me out of the darkness
You gave Your life
From beginning till last
There You stand
And lay Your hands upon me

I'll just worship You Lord
There's nothing I can do
But to bow down and cry myself
I give thanks for the breath
For every minute You give

Finding Your faithfulness
Showers me all Your goodness
Take me in, Oh Holy Spirit
Let me see Your beauty Oh Lord
Majesty, You are enthroned above
And no one can measure Your love

You've written down
All that is within me
Scribed and planned
Everything for me
And into Your arms
I will hold upon
Let Your will be done

I worship You now and I make my vow
Submitting this life all to You
Because it came from You
I know now what lies ahead
For You have it created
You already conceived
You, you are my Maker
You are the Author of my life.
