Secret love

by Mazie   Oct 29, 2008

There's so many words I can't say
When I look into his eyes
Maybe he'll reject me and shatter all my pride
Each day my love will grow
But I won't let him know
There's way to much behind my smile that I can never show
I'd hold him for a lifetime
If he would only take my hand
I'd love him like no other
He doesn't understand
Every time I see him
His stare cuts me like a dagger
Making wounds that will never heal
So I will dream of us together
Of how good it could've been
And I will keep this secret love he could've had with me.

You know too well the pain off unrequited love. I'm sorry, but it brings beauty from your words.
