Sad Songs and Painful Poetry

With all the broken pieces,
Each of the tearing creases,
Her happiness ceases,
Because she can only hear the rain.

She's running away from her dreams,
Noones hearing her screams,
They don't get what she means,
Because she can only see the pain.

They are all screaming her name,
But the hurt still remains,
Now nothing can ever be the same,
Because she is afraid of the world.

All eyes are on her,
She breaks in the pressure,
And now her life is passing in a blur,
Because she is afraid of the life being unfurled.

She hears everyone shout,
She's been hiding in her doubt,
She only knows one way out...,
Through sad songs and painful poetry.
