Circles.

by CareBear   Nov 15, 2008

And you don't understand
I'm starting to wonder if you ever will
It's like running round in circles
Trying to find a door to let you out

Because I don't want you here now
That you've made it clear to me
You never wanted more than games
Of which I could never win

But the circle's never ending
And the doors, I cannot find
Your voice fills my whole world
With a sound I can't describe

I try to hide around the corner
Everytime you walk by
But this circle leaves me with no choice
I must stand and face you

I smile to hide the pain
Because I've heard all your lies
I know the way you look at me
Is the same way you look at her

It's always the same
Living inside this circle
You say you care, I believe you
I find you with them

And you apologise, I forgive.
It starts all over again
It's like running round in circles
Except this time, I'm about to give in.
