Waiting For the Wind

by Nina09   Nov 17, 2008

Words flowing uncontrollably
Hate and bitterness dripping from them
Its in the past, but as we
Stand on the edge waiting
For the wind to blow
Part of me wants to jump
The other here to stay
My heart is here, my mind
Over come with dire despair
We both know what lays ahead
Two roads still yet to be uncovered
Both with their own
Highs and lows
Joys and wonders
Time not waiting, so unkind
Trying to be OK but my heart is aching
A ghost, the past has come back
But as we stand on the edge waiting
For the wind to blow
Hand in hand with you
All the words just disappear
