If you consider
Exercise
Kneeling over the toilet
With your finger down your throat
Then I exercise
Up to 6 times a day

If you find love
At the bottom
Of a Jack Daniels bottle
Then maybe
Just maybe you'll know
How I feel

If you can
Stand in a crowd
Hold a smile to your lips
And still feel all alone
You're the face of depression

If you've ever
Held the razor
Put it to your wrist
And slit it across fast
And fell in love with the pain
I know who you are.
