I Find You There, Wherever

by Soulful Ensemble   Nov 23, 2008

You don't realize what you have until it disappears
.. Until it flies away when it was just here
.. Until it takes every piece of you that was so near
So that your heart becomes all filled with fears
And your eyes begin to drop with tears.
I miss you-- no, I never took advantage of your soul
I held it so carefully as if it was my own.
I think we'll meet again real soon and hold each other
under the moon,
And my eyes will retreat into their sockets as my mind
swoons,
Because I just noticed your heart makes flowers bloom.
But that's something I had always known,
And the proof of it makes no changes, no.
My lips are still searching through the shores,
To be pressed hard and passionately yours
And as I find you there, wherever, my body soars.
