Hollow Roses

by Ian   Nov 25, 2008

Our tangled roots,
to scarlet bloom.
Our flowers blossom,
in midnight gloom.

The woven time,
is in every petal.
The moments drip,
until non to settle.

We rush for glory,
to stem above.
We fight for passion,
and die in love.

Hey, I like it. Short, sweet and to the point. It is not too short but not too long. An awesome title, it just makes me thirst to know what the poem is. Great job! 4/5
