Sparks turn to ashes ..

The sparks now turn to ashes,
The feelings turn me numb.
You once said you loved me...
Now I hate who I've become.

I swallow all your lies
Like you're an angel heaven sent.
But beneath my gritted teach,
I know my heart is not content.

The hurt burns ten times worse
With every single kiss.
I know that you use me ..
But I'm trapped in the abyss ..

One day I'll find the courage,
Someday I will be strong,
And I'll leave your sorry ass.
That day will come along...

Until then I'll take the pain.
Now in my beating heart
You put it there for fun & games
To tear my self-esteem apart.

Until I bite the bullet ..
Until I take a stand ..
you will always use me.
Then this "love" will never end ...

    There was such strength here I was feeling.....you bring me into the heartache you are experiencing, the misguidance and mistrust. In the end there is a way to stand up for yourself! Don't doubt that you won't find a better love....love is pure and not meant to use or trap or control.
