As she wakes up
She sees the
Rising of the sun
Coming through
Her window
She hears her alarm
And gets up
And picks out
An outfit to
Wear for the day
She gets in the shower
And washes
The dust of
Yesterday
Off of her body
She gets dressed,
And looks in
The mirror
And puts on
Her face for
The day,
A nice big
Smile
When she gets
To school,
She sees
Her closest friends
And gives them hugs
Reassuring them
That she's OK
Then she sees him
Her boyfriend
The cause of her
Mask
She sees the
Pain in his eyes
And it kills her
She goes through
School worrying
About him but,
A smile is spread
Across her face
She gets home
And still wears
The mask
And continues to
Smile
As she talks to
People on IM
She goes to bed,
Slips into her
Pajamas and
Turns off the lights
She feels the tears
Coming
As she lays her
Head down
And she cries
Herself to sleep
For another night
