An exhausted body, red swollen eyes,
Damaged heart, Yellow face,
Sleepless nights, Aimless days,
Ran away our dreams, replaced by nightmares

These are just his simple gifts for loving him
Oh! How sweet of him for returning the favor
I am just waiting for the scars to be healed by time
Together or apart, my destiny is to suffer

I need to gather the pieces of my broken heart
Then teach it not to be kind, naive and innocent
I will be treated from his pain addiction he left
Then building a new clean life will be my target

Enough...I had more than enough
You left no place inside me for more scars
It is impossible but I will pretend I forgot our love
How lovely! I have nothing left but broken promises

As much as I miss the one inside you I used to admire
As much as I hate the creature you transformed to...

    Wow hun this was filled with so much emotion! I could just feel everything you were expressing with your words. We've all experianced a love where the person turns out to be not who you fell in love with but you should know hun that you deserve soo much better.
