Black anguish

by Goodbye   Dec 17, 2008

Black anguish
Feeling of someone walking over your chest
Keep pressuring your heart, it is hard to breathe
Something is wrong and you can not name it
Your hands refuse to move but you can not stop
You are finding an exit to escape, running out of the box
Being aware of your consciousness
Thinking a reason to stay but can not find it
You are helpless with your thought
Being left alone.

Dedicated to people you tend to suffer for anguish.

Anguish is the pain of emptyness .. where our thoughts and the guilt feeling face our feelings in such a trembdious way so our body , can not explain or handle so he break down

every one of us in this world will face it sooner or later and you tend to pin point every single details about this feeling

great poem wish it was rhyming !!
