Middle School Drama

by Sarah   Dec 21, 2008

People make a big deal
Out of clothes, hair and shoes
You're judged on your friends
It's the good ones you must choose

Kids think too much
About what other people think
And when they're told they're wrong
Their esteem starts to shrink

But this year I stopped caring,
Go ahead, think what you want
You think you're so special?
Go ahead and flaunt

Following isn't cool
Go be your own person
If you listen to these people
Your OWN life will start to worsen

Peer-pressure is everywhere
But it's best if it's ignored
There's a whole world out there
Waiting to be explored

Don't screw it up early
And forget all that drama
Don't come home one day
Crying to your momma

Middle school drama
And a not nice world
Is no reason to get
Yourself all twirled

I loved reading this, I feel like it really captured the whole flash of middle school. It had everything in it that comes with middle school, the drama, peer pressure, the people who follow, and the people who lead.
