Walking down the road with bloody arms
Trying to figure out where it all went wrong
His heart shattered into a million pieces
But people keep telling him to remain strong
He looks back at the broken relationships

Each one told him the same stupid lies
They all wanted him to give them his trust
So he would guard it for as long as he could

The blood is starting to drip to the ground
Tears of blood begin running down his face
Why does this always happen to me?
I'm always left in this lonely, empty place
Covered in blood from all the brokenness
Can't look back because it hurts too much
Suddenly a light appears before his eyes
But she's too beautiful to even touch
It starts raining and the rain washes away the blood
And the Angel said something in my ear,
"You don't have to wait much longer
