As i lay here
on top of my bed
i remember all the things
that you said

the i want yous i love yous
and i need yous too
how did you make me believe
that they were true

when you help my hand
you had hold of my heart
but thats broken now
that your dad broke us apart

i wish i could take back
you what you i had
is us being together
really that bad

all i wanted was to
hold you tight
but i never can again
because of that night
