The invisible

by Cierra   Jan 20, 2009

Dressed in all black she walks the halls
but no one notices her at all

she screams and shouts ans starts to yelp
but nobody seems to stop for help

she sits alone by herself
she cuts herself because theres so much pain felt

she screams to the world i am here i am here
but the words are defend to the human ear

she's invisible, to bad no one sees
the cuts and bruises, bruises and cuts, that cuts and bruises so deep

This is beautiful in a tragic way. I loved it from the start. So is this how you feel?

The title immediately caught my eye and I love the sorrow portrayed in this poem. Especially how the girl screams at people so she isn't invisible and ignored. It can really drive someone insane.
