In trying to protect the ones i love
I unfairly destroyed one
I made her cry
feel all alone
I thought this time was fair
I never thought she'd take it like this
I've ruined her life
just as mine is black
She thinks that my protecting her
has taken away the ones she loves
its not like that
because they're still there
But she's broken
