The way she used to talk
The way you used to care
The way she used to smile
The way you used to stare

The way is was so long ago
was a happy time, it's true
a time when you did love this girl
and the ways she treated you

But things do change, and when they did
you fell apart from her
and even though you're with me now
I know you miss the way things were

Now once again you're growing close
which is good, don't get me wrong
but I can't help but wonder if..
you loved her all along

I know it's stupid to think that way
but I can't help it, i love you
and at times like these I find myself
asking "is it true?"

is it true that I'm the only one
is it true she's in the past
is it true that you no longer love her
is it true you want this to last

I never thought I'd feel like this
and I'm so sorry that I do
but I want to make you..just as happy
as you are when she's with you

i guess you could call this jealousy..
