Suicide For Love

by Sam   Apr 14, 2009

I grab my razorblade
Slitting my wrists really deep
I watch my blood poor out
And into the blankets seep

I have always wanted this
For my love died long ago
I gave him my heart and soul
And can no longer fly solo

As the blood flows from my veins
The darkness takes over me
It kisses me on the forehead
Before releasing me to be free

I wake to my love above me
While I'm laying in the sand
I smile up at him
And take his outstretched hand

He has come for me
I'm forever by his side
I smile at him as we run
Into death's black, endless tide

Interesting.. I'd have to say the first stanza is my favorite. It really caught my attention.
