End Like This

by Amanda Ghosties   May 11, 2009

Butterfly kisses swarm inside her heart
A thousand small misses, tearing her apart

Soft gentle eyes, stare into her soul
Broken heart bleeding, one was once whole

Gentle swaying, just dancing slow
Hold him tight, till he lets go

Pressing lips, tasting his kiss
You're the girl he will not miss

Soft spoken words, whispered in her ear
Broken promises, eyes swelled with tears

Bodies just meet, he'll be her first
The "I love you's" he spoke, were all rehearsed

His face invades, her restless sleep
Hand over heart, the drop is steep

Soft fake smiles, crawl across her lips
They never knew, she'd die like this...
