Breaking Down

by CrazyCowLady   May 21, 2009

Truth
Smile
Laughter
Love
You only know that side of me
Not this side
Lies
Tears
Pain
Hate
That haunt me behind the mask

I rememeber the time it showed through
Tears down my cheeks
My bloody arms
The harsh words that I spoke
The blinding pain
This all happened because i remembered

Your words so sweet and pure
Touch so soft
Promises so real
Feelings so strong

The words that killed me
The look on your smiling face
Feeling the force of your punch
Memories of you walking laughing

Laying there barely breathing
Hearing your footsteps getting quieter
Look on my rescuers face
My broken body soul heart

I try to forget
Hide it behind my mask
Little thing's remind me
I always run

Mainly the start, I love the way you did it, to show the side you see and the side you get. It's almost like a mirror reflecting only the good images, and hiding the bad. Love it =]

Very raw emotions placed here, you state you hide behind a mask, but why hide who you really are? thats my question right there. Dont hide your pain, learn from it and move on. I consistantly use the fact of my suiside has a way to remind myself to keep my head in the game and drive on no matter what life throws at me. Use your pain to remind you that life is hard, but you can always, always overcome.

Good raw emotion, it appeals much to people who can relate to losing someone and the mixture of pain and anger soon after.
