Nobody noticed.

She smiled.
She laughed.
She seemed so happy.
It was all a facade,
But they couldn't see.

She thought she was ugly.
She thought she was fat.
They thought she was pretty,
But she didn't think that.

She started to starve,
But nobody knew.
She thought it was the only thing she could do.

Nobody noticed
As her weight started to drop.
She had reached her goal,
But she still wouldn't stop.

Her height?
5'7
Her weight?
85.
If she lost much more weight
She might lose her life.

Still nobody noticed,
'Til they walked through the door,
And found her lying there,
Dead on the floor.
