Never had the time to just watch time fade
bitter smiles that smell like echos of burning jade
tears of completion change your complextion
rock bottom times change my heart and your direction
how do you feel what i feel and remain strong
knowing you live to prove me and yourself wrong
your eyes burn into mine and i know things will never change
they may come in a different order, may be re-arranged
but life for you will sustain
feelings never fade, but life as a sin will
just be careful when the hunter goes for the kill
make sure you dont have your face in the scope of killer
or your hand in the hands of another dealer
know that im always in the distance
never the one to hide in resistance
dont think that just because we arnt what we could have been
