As I'm Here Waiting

by Shinobi   Jul 24, 2009

Love never meant so much for the world
It could be a cold dish for a greedy wife
This feeling could be used to cause pain
Because of it, there's such a big strife

Complications unnecessary to comprehend
Logical or not, is the matter of our own heart
Nothing is certain until the very end
Where a soul could be pierced with a poisoned dart

Malevolent, graceful, and so much more
This word represents those truths
Bringing pain, leaving you sad and sore
Or bringing you back to your joyful youth

Never again will this word stand alone
Without consequences to every action we make
So strong we must rise and succeed
And use every chance, all we can take

Love never meant so much for the world
It could lead to a disastrous fate
But why it is you who I miss so much?
In this feverish world of hate

Hopeless as I am, waiting for the unknown
Thinking about what might come true
As I'm hindering there's something different
Somehow I feel it's all because of you

Mia, So much happened lately, and so many questions are left unanswered. Hope for the best to come!
