My Definition Of A Coward- { Soliloquy, Not a poem}

by Countess of Monte Cristo   Aug 12, 2009

Cowards are those people who pick fights with people weaker than them, with those whom they know cannot return their blow. Rarely do cowards have principles or morals to hold them back. They go with the flow, and their principles are like a feather in the wind, swaying wherever the wind decides to direct itself.

They hit, scream and curse people who are weak, broken and intimidated by them. They think screaming and cursing is a sign of strength, and they flex their muscles at people who are unable to fight back. This is the quintessence of cowards- They are insolent with the weak, and they suck up to those stronger than them. They confuse their insolence with bravery.

So, beware of cowards. They are worse than a pretended friend and far more dangerous than an open enemy.

But, in the end, all i wanted to say.
Is that my definition of a coward is simply: You.

*Dedication to the biggest coward of all. Maybe you should start getting a life, because if you think you're a lioness, you should not battle mice. Fight people of your own strength and calibre, until then, you will always be a coward in my eyes.

    Well done defining a coward. These two lines stood out to me because they are full of the honest raw truth.

    So, beware of cowards. They are worse than a pretended friend and far more dangerous than an open enemy.
