His Angel

by Darling   Aug 24, 2009

He clipped and broke her wings,
His angel in a jar.
He loved to hear her sing,
He loved to give her scars.

Forever trapped in here,
Inside this crystal prism.
Down her cheek slid a tear,
Forever in this prison.

He couldn't bare to part,
He couldn't let her go.
Even though it broke his heart,
To watch her sorrowful shows.

He tore her soul in half,
But still he wanted more.
With a cold and callous laugh,
Left her bleeding on the floor.

Left alone and broken,
Body and soul marred.
So many things unspoken,
By his angel in a jar.
