Lonely Red

by Stacey de Luna   Sep 14, 2009

The sky becomes the darkest black
As the blade drags across my skin
The crimson wetness covers my arm
I feel every part of me die within
The loneliness was slowly killing me
Until I ended it all today
My heart bore pain throughout my life
Every edge of it was frayed
This world won't notice my absence
I was invisible to all
The world moves on around me
As I come to my tragic fall
The red river continues to flow
While the darkness claims my soul
I welcome the coming nothingness
And I drift into the darkest hole
