Angry Am I

by Timothy   Sep 23, 2009

Angry am I,
And all that it implies;
Nothing new in these old sighes,
And age-old cries.

Angry am I,
Because I have not one ally;
There isn't one person I know who has not tried,
To stick their thumb right in my eye.

Angry am I,
No longer am I spry;
I give up with questioning the "whys",
Without hope, I lay down and die.
