The Storm Of The Century

by Allanah Asphyxia   Sep 24, 2009

As The Thunder Rumbles,
And The Lightning Strikes,
Tears Fall Like Raindrops,
In Slow Time With A Pounding Heartbeat Of Music Through My Soul.

In Time's With The Beams Of Light,
Peering Into My Window,
Like The Cries Of My Broken Dreams,
Gracefully Dancing In The Ever Black Abyss.

The Thunder Pounding Through My Chest,
Like The Bleeding Of A Drum,

For This Is Not A Dream...

But Reality.
