Fragile wings

As days go by,
We all need to learn how to fly,
But, what happens if you can't even reach the sky?
If we only didn't care about the reasons why.

As rough days go by,
We all need to feel and cry,
Just even for once in a while,
But, what happens if those tears won't stop?
If we only didn't care for each and every teardrop.

As years pass by,
Memories gently fade in my life,
If I could only spread my fractured wings and fly,
To revive those forgotten days,
And get rid of all the things that made us sad and cry.
