Dual-Heart Crown

by Armada the Gestalt   Oct 28, 2009

Midnight swells , blackened,
Turgid,
Swift as the wind in a conch shaped shell,
Whistle, tune, bridal dirge,
Savour the last day of life -

So, you,
Ticking heart,
Waiting out for the arms of a - what?
You never know what you might find
Key wound up too tight -
Cupboard of your ticking heart

Clockwork soul, beating clock.

Know your enemy, know yourself.

Then you save your breath
Running across an empty
space cries out, stars aflame
Purgatory without a name,
A thousand winter nights are lit
Ablaze, a blaze, inferno's toy.

They burned you first,
A raging moon to a limpid pit
Charred, black, cold as sin
Sootprint moon, sacred globe -
Legion's eyes are lit from within.

Cut the clockword chords,
(start again)
Beating, bleeding, burning, but you,
Pour forth your words,
Engorged, effigy,edifice,
Edge of existance,
Run from reality.

Cool breeze; ocean's breath,
Clear pool that welcomes death,
Stark blue to quench the fire,
Deep black to quell desire,
Flash green through planet's rings,

No time to regret things.

So you send me to my sea,
So, you give your all, for me...
