Blame

by Jenn   Nov 4, 2009

Will their ever come a day when you will stop blaming me for all that went wrong?
I know I wasn't the perfect wife.
I know that their is a lot of things I could have done differently.
I know their was lots I could have been better at
You can't keep putting all the blame of our failed marriage all on me.
Their was two of us.
You know-
You were far from being the perfect husband.
We are both only human.
No one is perfect.
You can't keep blaming me for your drinking.
That is you all on your own.
I never held that whiskey bottle to your lips and made you swallow.
You most defiantly can't keep blaming me for your affair.
I didn't make you take your pants down and lie in another's bed.
You did that all on your own.
You are right-
I wasn't always a good wife-
But I do know that I would have never layed in another's arms being married to you!
