I can't let go

by Mr Rhee   Dec 8, 2009

My hands are slipping.
I can't see all too well either,
and the sweat is stinging my eyes.

I can't let go, or I'll fall.
My legs dangle in space,
and the birds pick at my feet.

My head hurts and spins.
The sunlight makes my eyes burn,
and I'm almost blind.

I have to hang on a little longer.
My heat is beating slowly,
and soon it's going to stop.

My life is fading now.
I want to close my eyes,
and let it all fade away.
