Beautifully penned. Great word choice,rhythm,rhyme and flow. It wasn't forced.

I dream of those cerulean skies that scream beauty,
and those ebony nights that cry fear,
for on a cool summer night, near sapphire tides,
the midnight sky draws me near,
but the sterling moon on this beautiful June,
provokes me to persevere.^

Picture painting imagery to start it off and grab the reader's attention. Great job on the entire piece. Unique and beautiful!

I am not really into girly flowery poems but this is so beautiful and so very well written I am glad that I did read it.
The combination of remembrance and the reality of loss is so poignant and running parallel with the beautiful description of your dream hits the heartstrings.

Ive always liked poems with beautiful opening lines. Yours I really like, simple yet striking, not too exaggerated or blown out of proportion. All in all, the poem is beautiful just like the title said.

I believe this is the first poem you posted, most often than not the first one is special. In my opinion this one really is.

"Tonight I dream.
I dream of those cerulean skies that scream beauty,

provokes me to persevere."

What a simple yet beautiful opening line through which your voice began to shine. The imagery following is utterly amazing, nothing feels forced to the reader, you pen nature's finest so well and with such grace.

"'Neath golden stars, in this moment that's ours,
I find that beauty endures,
but when my heart breaks, due to lover's mistakes,
I find that it slowly matures."

I see truth in these lines and your own thoughts tied in here. I admire the rhyme also, I find it difficult at times because I sound cliche in my writing, but here, it isn't at all.

"Yet this beautiful song that plays along
as life's laughter is heard,
helps me pretend that there was an end,
of the heartbreak that later occurred."

You really strike the reader and make a lasting connection, to keep them reading and intrigued.

"Imagine a world of allurement,
dream of the hymn that mends,
comprehend the world of contentment,
a place where sorrow ends."

What paradise would this be? The only place I can think of when I read this was Heaven.

"For this world of ours is beautiful,
and the velvet moon will guide
the lost heart that looks for repose,
on this insatiable ebony night."

Great inspiration, this world is beautiful and we can share its happiness and let it be known.

Touching words, that is all I can say.

"So tonight I dream of a life once treasured,
before suffering showed its face,
for on this beautiful night, 'neath stars shining bright,

A satisfying ending, I felt a sense of peace.
