Stolen

by Still Slightly Broken   Jan 19, 2010

Daylight is fading do quickly
Hours turn into days
Writing words that mean nothing
Reciting lines from ancient plays

Wasting paper like it grows on trees
Ink being poured down the sink
Pounding headache getting stronger
Far to dazed to clearly think

Walking blindly across the sand
Cutting shells offer no relief
The right words have been stolen
From my mind just like a thief

Uttering words that have no point
Stringing together meaningless phrases
This elegantly bound book is empty
But my writing fills all the pages

    I completely understand ..
Sometimes I can never get the right
words out and it ties my head in
    knots ..

But keep up the good work :)
It never ceases to amaze me
