Forgetting You

by Kayl   Feb 1, 2010

It's like a puzzle,
picking up all the broken pieces.

Trying to figure out the right place,
trying to beat you, just like a race.

You find yourself a new girl,
half the puzzle solved.

You get bored, nothing's resolved.

Puzzle Pieces just won't fit,
don't stop, I can't quit.

Lovin' life, trying to move on.
Playing the field,
single life's a fortunate wheel.

You're gettin' scared, cause I'm almost there.
A new light is shawn, we had gotten it all wrong.

Missing pieces are found, I lift them off the ground,
It's finally fallen apart.
I put them back where they belong,
back inside my heart.
