Chains in pieces
On the floor
Heart escaping
Out your door

Those promises
You laced with lies
No longer fool
My vacant eyes

This soul is free
It hurts no more
Found my wings
And choose to soar

Far
From all your misery
The disaster
That you'll always be

Our "meant to be"
Was meant to end
For love can't live
Where we descend

Inside the hatred
Through the fight
It's just not worth
This loss of sight
