Empty

by Mello193   Feb 9, 2010

Her empty soul
Cries out for the grave
She lost just what it was
That makes her so brave

Heroine lost in her arms
Her blood spills on her floor
She begins to kill herself
By a knife from a drawer

She still is empty
As her words no longer reach
As her life begins to fade
She lives just as long as she can speak

No longer this world holds
A place just for her
As the crimson cat of her demise
Slowly starts its purr

Past present future
All robbed from her eyes
She ran from love
Covered her scars in lies

Her heart just can no longer take
Breaking his wedding vow
She's collapsing on the floor
As he starts to say "for now"

"This world is the only thing
You need in your heart
Just let me live on inside
Of your beautiful art"

Her eyes began to fade
As her skin grows pale
All she wants is to end her life
With goals so clear, how can she fail?
