I Love You, Mommy

by Savannah Marie   Mar 5, 2010

You've been there for me through it all
You've held me up and never let me fall
You've wiped away all of my tears
And believed in me through all of the years

To me, your nothing less than my savior
For putting up with all of my ruthless behavior
When everyone else had given up
You were right beside me, offering strength from your loving cup

Without you in my life, I'd be so alone
Walking without guidance straight into the unknown
You've always tried your best to show me the way
And I'm sorry my dear, if I left you in dismay

I just want you to know your a hero to me
Even during the times we may disagree
The strength you show every day
Shows me that in the end, everything will be okay

I love you more than words can say
And I'm sorry now, I must go away
Your love will help guide me through
And hopefully mine will help you too.
