Memories

by Laurenf7   Mar 8, 2010

It would have been your birthday
In six days time
Occasion to celebrate
And spend more than a dime.

Occasions are often difficult
Birthdays and even Christmas
One chair is still left empty
The reasons we miss you are endless.

One day does not go by
Without me thinking of the past
Memories are still rather vivid
The clearest one being the last.

The days have just disappeared
But other times it seems so few
You are still often spoke about
We all deeply love and miss you.
