Solid Gold and Purple Passion

by brie kelly wise   Apr 24, 2010

I dance around you, warm and breathing
For my decisions of the flesh
Have made my body fresh, to you
My dietary restrictions
Scrape my stomach like mesh
Laminate legs in streams of tribulation
A community of limbs form my own nation
Stiffen at the touch of tender fingers
It lingers, it stretches, like elephant skin
Chin down, I embrace my body so thin
I dance around you, warm and breathing
